Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager (General Construction and Civil Engineering Works)/Strategic Council Chairman at NGO - IMDID
Emmanuel Ehun graduated from the then Premier Polytechnic of Ghana (now Accra Technical University) in Building Technology in 2011. He also has 3 different International Diploma Graduate certificates and a first degree holder in BSc Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology ? Kumasi, Ashanti Region, Ghana.
He joined the service of Protocol Ghana in 2014 and later became a passionate volunteer in IMDID as Protocol Ghana Migrated to International Model Diplomats for Integrated Development -IMDID, He's a practising Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Construction Project Manager who has worked with many Consulting/Construction/Architectural firms for 8 years.
He rose through the ranks, and from being a volunteer, was appointed by the Secretariat under the directive of the Board of Trustees according to the Constitution of IMDID to be the Chairman of the International Strategic Council. He was later called to be a Rising Member of the International Executive Management Team in the first quarter of 2016.
IMDID operates currently in 13 countries within Africa and it diaspora.
At the Global Youth Diplomats Conference, 2017, he served as the 1st Chair of SPECPOL Committee (the Fourth Committee of UN General Assembly) and in 2018 He became the Facilitator for the Conference.
He has attended many International Youth Conferences/Summits which includes the just ended Africa Students & Youth Summits (ASYS 2018) in Kigali-Rwanda from 24th -29th July, 2018.
He has been the Director for an International Conference for 2years and it hosted 200 delegates from Africa and it diaspora.
He has organized a Google and Ztallion in Session in Togo which pulled over 400 trainees in one day and same program was also organized in Benin and 150 trainees benefited from the I.T training session.
Due to his hard work, he's been appointed a Board Member to African Youth for Good Governance - AYGG and he's also serving as the Chairman for 3 different committees in the same AYGG organization.
Currently Mr .Emmanuel EHUN has been selected to be a Facilitator of the 1st Session of Sierra Leone Model United Nations - SIMUN in partnership with University of Sierra Leone Students Representative Council under the theme "Promulgating Peace and Security in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, Agenda 2030 in Focus". The Conference is slated for 26th - 29th September, 2018 at Freetown.
